a bit about me.....

Questions that we ignore are the most interesting ones. When I find myself overcome by the persistent notion that ordinary life abides as we see it, despite the vast and relentless evidence to the contrary, I do one of two things. One is zazen..... sitting meditation, the other.... I go shoot pictures. Like any action that is focused, it opens up your way of seeing.

Over the last 30 years I have had the great challenge and enjoyment of combining my own passion to see the transitory everywhere with the 'mission' of fulfilling the vision of commercial directors, photographers, art directors and photo clients. The assignments have been predominantly commercial: for television, for the print market. Some of the hundreds of advertisers I have worked for are listed below. From my current home in Hawaii I am in easy reach of both the mainland US, Asia and the south Pacific.
